Returns:

Refunds:
During peak sales, please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping, as high order volume may extend processing times. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Refund requests will be eligible only after 4 weeks from the date of your order if it has not yet shipped. Thank you for your understanding!
Processing and Pre-Shipment:
Thank you for supporting our handcrafted products! Each item is made with care and attention, involving a detailed process that includes cleaning, preparing, and crafting to ensure the highest quality for you. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed, as we work through our order queue.
Once your order is ready, we will generate a shipping label and send you a tracking number via email. You can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days after it ships.
Please note that orders do not ship on holidays. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Order Modification:
Once an order is placed, modifications cannot be made, except for address changes. However, we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated on our end. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Thank you!
Pre-Orders:
Pre-orders allow you to secure items before they are back in stock and may take up to 4 weeks to ship. By placing a pre-order, you ensure that your order will be among the first processed once the item is available. Please note that cancellations or refunds will not be issued until after 4 weeks if products are not back in stock. Thank you for your understanding!
Shipping:
We ship items using priority flat rate shipping, ensuring delivery within 1-3 business days. Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for it, so please double-check that your address, including any apartment or unit numbers, is correct when checking out. If the carrier mistakenly ships to an incorrect address, please contact them directly to recover your package. Thank you for your understanding!
Damaged Package:
Once a package is shipped, we cannot control how the carrier handles it. To minimize product loss from potential leaks, we now place items like sea moss pouches, inside protective zip bags before bubble wrapping. This extra layer of protection helps preserve your product in case of any leakage. Please avoid using sharp objects to open your packages, as we cannot replace any sea moss or items in pouches due to the double protection provided. Thank you for your understanding!
